1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Mod Bot WebUI (the “Service”), a private administration dashboard for the Discord moderation bot “Mod Bot”. The Service is intended exclusively for authorized moderators and administrators of Discord servers on which the bot is active.

2. Access and Authentication

Access to the Service is provided exclusively via Discord OAuth2. No separate passwords are issued. Access requires a valid Discord account and the assignment of appropriate permissions by a server administrator.

The operator reserves the right to revoke access permissions at any time and without stating reasons.

3. Usage Restrictions

Use of the Service is permitted solely for legitimate server administration purposes. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• attempts to circumvent access controls or gain unauthorized access;
• misuse of the moderation functions provided;
• any form of automated access (scraping, bots) unless expressly authorized;
• sharing credentials or session tokens with third parties.

4. Availability

The Service is provided without any guarantee of availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Use of the Service is at the user’s own risk. The operator accepts no liability for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Service, unless caused by the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes

The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
